Teens is a studio art and mentorship program specifically designed for youth ages 14-18. ArtMakers was created to provide art education and employment opportunities to teens that have limited financial resources. Students earn a stipend through the employment component of this program. ArtMakers focuses on the importance of applying art, creativity, and self-expression to create valuable and fun learning experiences that build useful employment and life skills.

Teens meet one day a week for nine weeks. The program’s total time commitment is five hours per week. We expect all students to meet this requirement with dedication.

ArtMakers Teens SPRING schedule:

Saturdays: 1:00 – 4:00 PM

Start date: May 8th 2010

End date: June 26th 2010

Applications may be submitted by fax, mail, or walk-in by April 23rd, 2010.
