Cocktail Competition and Fundraiser
Attendees, please keep an eye on your email on Tuesday, February 22, for all essential details regarding ticket pick up and when/where at-home attendees can acquire their cocktail kits.
The A2AC is excited to welcome you back downtown for Artini 2022!
This year we will have two options for you to choose from—celebrate in-person or from the comfort of your own home! We’re taking your favorite pieces from each and making this year one to remember.
We’ve paired six downtown restaurants with a mural from the A2AC Murals program and the A2DC to see what magic they can make, using the mural as their inspiration.
Whether you’re celebrating downtown or at home, it’s sure to be an evening to remember!
For those interested in attending the in-person Artini, we have reduced the number of tickets available, extended the time during which tickets can be used to allow ample space at each location, and will be offering ticket pick up throughout the week leading up to the event to avoid congestion at the A2AC. What’s the in person experience?
Your in-person event registration gets you six (6) drink tickets to taste six (6) cocktails from our participating venues. You’ll pick your event kit up from the A2AC starting February 23rd, and on February 25th you’ll have from 5:00pm to 10:30pm to make your way around downtown —tasting cocktails, grabbing dinner or apps, and enjoying your favorite downtown bars and restaurants! Plus, you’ll receive a curated tasting guide, access to the event page that will have engaging content and contests, and the opportunity to vote for your favorite cocktail!

What’s the at home experience?
Similar to Artini-at-home 2021, each registration includes six different canned cocktails (two pours per can!) inspired by the in-person cocktails; a curated tasting guide; and access to the event page filled with engaging content and contests. Like the in-person experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to vote for your favorite cocktail! The at-home cocktail kits will be available for pick-up from the A2DC on Friday, February 25th and you’ll have until 2pm on Friday, March 4th to taste the cocktails and submit your vote!
The winning cocktails will be announced on Saturday, March 5th!

Over the last thirteen years, Artini has raised well over $250,000 to ensure that everyone has access to the visual arts. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, a portion of your ticket purchase is a tax-deductible donation to the Ann Arbor Art Center.

Attendees must be 21 or older by 2/24/2022. As a fundraising event for the A2AC, 75% of your ticket purchase is a tax-deductible donation. Tickets are non-refundable and in the event you are unable to attend, your ticket purchase will be transitioned to a 100% tax-deductible donation to the Ann Arbor Art Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
How do I get my Artini-at-Home kit?
Head to the Ann Arbor Distilling Company on Friday, February 25th with a valid ID and a copy of your registration receipt! Pick-up hours to be announced at a later date.
Can I pick up my friends Artini tickets, for either in person event or the at home option?
No, due to the nature of this year’s event, we must see the ID of the person who registered and paid for the kit to ensure that the registrant/attendee is 21+
Can you ship my Artini kit?
We are not able to ship Artini kits; you must pick up your cocktails and garnishes for the at-home experience from the A2DC on Friday, February 25th. Your in-person tickets and tasting guide can be picked up from the Art Center beginning Wednesday, February 23rd. More information, including pick up times, will be sent out on Monday the 21st!
What is included in my $150 at home ticket?
Your ticket includes a 6-pack of six different canned cocktails (two full pours per can for a total of TWELVE cocktails) and a tasting guide to move you through the cocktails! Due to limitations when canning cocktails, they won’t be the exact same as the cocktails for the in-person event, but will be inspired by those cocktails and will be just as delicious!
What is included in my $80 in person ticket?
Your ticket includes SIX tickets to try SIX cocktails from SIX of your favorite downtown Ann Arbor bars and restaurants! You’ll also receive a tasting guide with map and information about each cocktail and the mural that inspired it.
How do I vote for my favorite Artini?
We will send a voting link to the email we have on file a few times throughout the week! Voting will close at 2pm on Friday, March 4th and the winner(s) will be announced Saturday, March 5th.
Is my ticket refundable or tax-deductible?
Tickets are non-refundable and 75% of your ticket purchase is tax-deductible. In the event you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or, in early March, your ticket cost will become a 100% tax-deductible donation to the A2AC and we will send you a gift receipt for your records.
