- Info:Come learn about the unique properties of precious metal clay in this one day workshop for beginners. Precious metal clay is made up of microscopic particles of metal held together by an organic binder and water. When fired at specific temperatures the binder and water burn off allowing the silver particles to fuse into solid metal. It can be easily sculpted, molded with textures and designs. Students will leave this one day workshop with several of their own one-of-a-kind silver creations. No jewelry experience is necessary and all materials will be provided!
