About PlayLab

A2AC PlayLab is a free, arts-based learning initiative designed to engage care-givers and children aged 3-12, structured in age-appropriate brackets to ensure meaningful and developmentally suitable experiences. The program promotes social-emotional learning, fine motor skill development, and cultural appreciation through hands-on workshops in a multitude of artistic mediums.

PlayLab Goals:

  • Foster Early Childhood Development: Enhance creativity, problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence through arts education.
  • Encourage Community Engagement: Provide inclusive, interactive experiences for children and caregivers, strengthening social connections.
  • Increase Accessibility to the Arts: Ensure that all families, regardless of financial status, can participate in enriching creative programs.
  • Support Local Artists: Provide opportunities for artists to lead educational workshops and connect with the community.
