We hope that the recipients of the ArtBoxes find many hours of enjoyment and creativity! As part of the program and receiving the ArtBoxes, we ask that you do the following:
- Acknowledge the receipt of the ArtBoxes through a letter to us (digitally or physically) that we can share with our funders. All acknowledgment should be directed to Natalie Johnson either by email (njohnson@annarborartcenter.org) OR mail (A2AC, Attn: Natalie Johnson, 117 W. Liberty Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104)
- Share photos of the artworks made with the materials on your social media accounts and tag the Art Center (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Public acknowledgment of the ArtBoxes in your newsletters and/or social media
When posting publicly, please use the following language:
The Ann Arbor Art Center is proud to partner with [YOUR ORGANIZATION NAME HERE] and other local organizations in Southeast Michigan to distribute ArtBoxes to youth and families, and other individuals, with limited access to art supplies. ArtBoxes contain a variety of basic art classroom materials that can be used to participate in distance learning or provide an outlet for creative expression.
