Grab your friends and escape the cold for a night out in Ann Arbor at the A2AC on Friday, March 6, 2026, for our fourth annual immersive fundraiser, the A2AC Social, featuring four art experiences commissioned from local/regional artists!

Upon arrival, you and your friends will be assigned an A2AC guide for the evening who will lead you from studio to studio. Within each studio, you’ll be immersed in various forms of art, sip on a tasty drink crafted by our friends at the Mammoth Distilling, and enjoy a delicious, small bite from Knight’s. Collectively, attendees will come together for an immersive, creative night out!

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Ticket sales open on Wednesday, January 14, for A2AC Members and Friday, January 16, for everyone. Not a member? Become a member here!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY $75 REGISTRATION?

Your ticket includes:

  • Admission to the A2AC Social, a fundraiser for the Ann Arbor Art Center
  • Four unique, immersive art experiences
  • Four custom – created cocktails from Mammoth Distilling Co.
  • Four tasty bites – please note these are bite-size and are not considered meals. Consider enjoying one of our neighboring restaurants for a pre-event or post-event meal (suggested venues listed in a later FAQ section).
  • A fun night out in downtown Ann Arbor with your friends

WHEN DO I PICK UP MY TICKET?

There are no tickets to pick up. You simply arrive at the Art Center ready to enjoy your evening! *Please note that because alcohol is being served at this event, you do need to show a valid form of ID to prove you are 21 or up at check-in.

The time you arrive depends on the session you registered for:

  • Session 1 begins at 5:00 pm; check-in is from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Session 2 begins at 8:15 pm; check-in is from 7:45 pm to 8:15 pm

CAN I PICK UP MY FRIEND’S A2AC SOCIAL TICKETS?

No, due to the nature of the event, we must see the ID of each participant.

WHAT IS THE DRESS ATTIRE?

There is no “dress code” for this event; dress up or down to your comfort level! While it’s not required, we encourage everyone to dress up in the spirit of this year’s theme, “Drawn Together.” Consider an outfit with interesting linework – thick, thin, horizontal, vertical, zigzag, diagonal, curly, curved, spiral, and so much more! This could be your outfit itself or accessories that become your statement piece.

Some of the artists’ experiences involve handling art materials; all materials are minimal mess. Aprons will be available on site.

HOW DOES THIS EVENT WORK? WHAT’S THE NIGHT LOOK LIKE?

When you arrive at the A2AC, you’ll be assigned a group and a starting point. Each group will consist of approximately 25 individuals, and members from the A2AC team will serve as your guides. After check-in, your designated A2AC guide will lead you to your initial experience, and the fun begins!

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE/AFTER THE EVENT?

Make it a night out in downtown Ann Arbor! We recommend checking out one of our neighbor restaurants for drinks and dinner; a few favorites of the team:

IS MY TICKET REFUNDABLE OR TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?

Tickets are non-refundable, and 65% of your ticket purchase is tax-deductible to the A2AC, a visual arts 501(c)3 non-profit organization. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend, or in early March, your ticket cost will become a 100% tax-deductible donation to the A2AC, and we will send you a gift receipt for your records.

WILL THE FOOD AND DRINKS BE GLUTEN-FREE?

We strongly encourage our food and beverage partners to keep food sensitivities and allergies in mind when creating the cocktails and bites. We cannot guarantee all bites will meet each individuals dietary restrictions. Ingredients for all food and beverages served will be available on-site for review.
