A2AC Author Series presents ZAFTIG: An Interdisciplinary Author Event

The A2AC Author Series in partnership with AADL’s 5th Ave. Press presents the book launch of ZAFTIG by Molly Pershin Raynor. This interdisciplinary event features artwork, small bites, live music, and an author reading by Molly and 5 other Southeast Michigan writers, including Ash Arder, Carlina Duan, Kristen DeLeon-Hamilton, Onna Solomon, Ciatta Tucker, and Michelle Yang.

The release includes a weekend-long multimedia exhibit featuring several local women and nonbinary poets, visual artists, and cooks exploring ZAFTIG’s themes of cultural reclamation, immigration, food, ancestors, and gender in their own work.
