20% of camp tuition is considered a non-refundable deposit.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for Mini Winter Art Camps
We understand that schedules and plans can change, and we offer a partial refund on all Mini Winter Art Camps registrations when you cancel before the dates listed below. When you cancel before the dates listed below, you will receive a full refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
Mini Winter Art Camp Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before December 8, 2025 at 5:00 pm: You will receive a full refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made after December 8th, 2025 at 5:00 pm: No refunds will be issued. No exceptions can be made for cancellations after December 8, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
Summer Camp Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before May 1, 2025: You will receive a full refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made on or after May 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued. No exceptions can be made for cancellations after May 1, 2025.
Students may login to their account to withdraw from Mini Winter Art Camp any time up until December 8, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
Students may login to their account to withdraw from Spring Camp any time up until February 25, 2025.
Students may login to their account to withdraw from any Summer Camp any time up until May 1, 2025.
*We do offer a 24 hour grace period. If you register your child for a camp and cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. You may login to your account to cancel.
*If the “CANCEL” link in your account is not highlighted in blue, that means the refund window has closed.
*Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Transfers
Up to 14 days before the start of the camp week:
You may transfer your child to a different camp at no cost, provided space is available
Within 14 days before the start of the camp week:
No transfers will be issued.

Proration
Camp tuition is a flat fee. We do not pro-rate for days missed.
